Adapter sleeve description
1. Adapter sleeves are used for securing tapered bore bearings on to the cylindrical shafts. They facilitate easy mounting and dismounting. They are suitable for both smooth and stepped shafts. The sleeves can easily adapt to the shaft diameter.
2. The adapter sleeves have slotted design and an external taper. They are usually not surface treated but oiled and are supplied with a lock nut and a locking device. They have an oil duct, distribution groove, and a threaded side. For stepped shafts, they have two supply ducts and distribution grooves on the outer surface.
3. Withdrawal sleeves are used for mounting tapered bearings on to the cylindrical shafts. They facilitate easy mounting, securing and dismounting. They are suitable for both smooth and stepped shafts. Bearing sleeve can easily adapt to the shaft diameter. They are usually coated with a preservative, are slotted and have an external taper. This allows the sleeve to be used with wide spherical roller bearings. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection have oil ducts and distribution grooves, on the threaded side.
4. We supply the Adapter Sleeves in accordance with ISO H3/1-1979, both Metric and Inch.
1. Adapter sleeve (H) --
Adapter sleeves are the most commonly used components for locating bearings that has a tapered bore, onto cylindrical shaft seating's as they can be employed both on smooth shafts and stepped shafts. They are easy to mount and require no additional fixation on the shaft. Using adapter sleeves on smooth shafts, the bearing can be located at any position on the shaft . EESCO adapter sleeves are supplied complete with lock nut and locking device
2. Adapter sleeve for oil injection (OH) -
These sleeves have an oil supply duct (or ducts) at the threaded side of the sleeve and distributor grooves in the bore as well as the outside surface. Sleeves up to and including size 40 have on supply duct, larger sleeves have two.
3. Withdrawal sleeve (AH) --
Withdrawal sleeves can be used to mount bearings with tapered bore on cylindrical seating's of stepped shafts. The sleeve is pressed into the bore of the bearing that abuts a shaft shoulder or similar fixed component. The sleeve is located on the shaft by a nut or an end plate. The sleeves are slotted and have an external taper of 1:12 or 1:30.
4. Withdrawal sleeves for oil injection (AOH) --
These AOH sleeves have two oil supply ducts at the threaded side as well as oil distributor grooves in the circumferential and axial directions, both in the outside surface and the sleeve bore. If oil is injected through these ducts and grooves, an oil film is formed between the mating surfaces of the bearing and sleeve and between the shaft and sleeve, and the force required to mount the bearing is considerably reduced.
Adapter Sleeve Applications
1. Adapter sleeve is used tofix the conic aperture self-aligning ball bearing (self-aligning ball bearing, self-aligning roller bearing) on the non-bearing shoulder bearing. It is simply structured and its working is reliable. Easy to replace the bearing.
2, Widely applied in the lines of textile, light industry, metallurgy, belt convey and transmission equipment, etc
Pillow block bearings
They are one of the most popular bearings both at home and abroad. Pillow block bearings are widely used in various kinds of industries and machines such as car wash equipment, construction machinery, fans, HVAC, food processing, metal working machinery, textile machinery, paper making & paper converting equipment & woodworking machinery. They are mounted type bearings available in flanged & upright styles in different inch & metric sizes. Pillow block bearings are designed to support shafts. Features include mounting surfaces parallel to shaft axes & elongated bolt holes in bases or feet of units for adjustment & mounting of pillow block bearing. Pillow block bearings are available in bore sizes ranging from 1/2 in. to 10 in.
Insert bearing with housing
It is a bearing unit which is with the rolling bearing and housing. Most of the insert bearing with housing are made of outer diameter sphere, mounted together with the bearing housing having a spherical bore. Various forms of structure, good versatility and interchangeability.
At the same time, such bearing on the design also has a certain adjustable mind, easy to install, has the dual structure of sealing devices, can work in harsh condition. The housing is usually is made of casting forming. Commonly used with vertical (P), (F), the square convex square stands (FS), circular convex (FC) and diamond (FL), ring (C), such as the slider (T).
Needle roller bearings with machined rings are made of carbon chromium bearing steel. supplies these bearings with or without flanges on the outer ring, in a wide range of series and sizes. also supplies them with or without an inner ring.
Combined needle roller bearings comprise a radial needle roller bearing, which is combined with an axial bearing component. These bearings can support radial as well as axial loads with just one bearing and permit locating bearing arrangements with only a small radial design envelope section. They are suitable, for example, where radial and axial loads are present and simple axial contact washers are no longer able to support the axial loads on account of their size, high speeds or inadequate lubrication, and other locating bearings require too much installation space.
